If you are interested to work with loftetvilla I can give you a free 30 mins free consultation where I will try to know about your requirements. I’ll work with you to build a detailed brief and identify your design preferences.
GATHER REQUIREMENTS
This phase of the project includes study of the site or property. I will find out more about you and your design ambitions for the project along with your timescales & budgets. Each any every minute details will be considered for that.
DESIGN PRESENTATION
I’ll develop functional / furniture layouts for your property as I begin to investigate finishes, design styles and influences. I’ll create renders and early 3D models describing the volumetric aspects of the design and presented to you.
REVISION
I’ll move onto the revise stage where I’ll refine the internal layouts and specify key finishes and materials for the floors, walls, furniture etc. while I define the lighting concepts and based on your requirements for final sign off.
FINAL DESIGN DELIVERY
This is the final stage, where we prepare a coordinated, fully-detailed, designing pack for the project. So next I will develop fully detailed finishes schedules and specifications for every area in the property so that we can start working.
